We look forward to welcoming your son to join 51Ç鱨վ. We accept online Expression of Interest forms any time from birth and recommend completing this early. Offers of enrolment for Year 7 are made two years prior to entry. Parents will receive a written request for the necessary documentation while your child is in Year 5.
Please ensure you have completed your online Expression of Interest form here: For any other years, please email the College Registrar at registrar@oakhill.nsw.edu.au.
Enrolments for Year 7, 2027 closed in March 2025 for initial applications. If you applied during this round, initial enrolment offers were sent in June 2025. For those who missed the initial round, the College Enrolments Committee will assess applications for potential additional limited offers in late 2025.
If you have not yet applied for Year 7, 2027, you are welcome to submit an Expression of Interest, which will add your name to our Interested Individuals list. Should places become available, the College may invite applications from those on this list. If you submitted an Expression of Interest after the closing date, you are already included on the list.
Applications for Year 7, 2028 opened on Friday 19th December 2025 and will close on Friday 27th February 2026.
If you miss the deadline, you may still submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). EOI’s will be kept on the enrolment register, and families may be invited to complete an Online Enrolment Application for consideration in the second round of offers.
Interviews - Selected applicants and their parents/guardians will be invited to attend an interview with a staff member in March 2026.
First Round Offers - Expected May/June 2026
Late EOI’s - Invitations to complete applications in April/May 2027, followed by additional offers subject to availability.

Application Fee
A non-refundable fee of $165 should accompany the initial online Expression of Interest form. Please note that your application is unable to be processed if this payment does not accompany the completed form.

Waiting List
If you do not receive an initial offer, your son will remain on our waiting list and you will be contacted if and when a position becomes available. During this time, we recommend that you continue to send the College updated reports and information.
Please note: Every application is evaluated holistically. 51Ç鱨վ siblings and College connections are not automatically guaranteed a position at 51Ç鱨վ. The 51Ç鱨վ Enrolments Committee and/or staff are under no obligation to provide reasoning as to why any student was/was not offered a position at the College.
